Athmanya has strong willingness and ability to deal with ambiguity when there aren’t defined systems and processes in place and has clear understanding of the decisions that drive real estate investments. He played a vital role in increasing his previous company profits by more than 10 times in the span of 4 years. He has been recognized for ability to leverage strong project management skills, consistently exceed investors expectations and meet all project deadlines, budgets and specifications.

Raghavendra, prior to joining Everyday Human Alliance was a Senior VP at Prestige group (public listed 2nd largest Real Estate development company in India) has over 30 years of design and field experience in real estate and construction industry in India, Singapore and Dubai. He holds a Master’s in civil engineering (construction technology) and is a member of various prestigious professional bodies such as The Institute of Engineers, The Association of Consulting Civil Engineers and The Indian Concrete Institute.

Raghavendra has mastered the art of concept finalization, design development, budgeting & cost planning, value engineering, contract administration and project execution and management in residential, commercial and other types of buildings. He has completed various types of buildings such as luxury villas, sky villas, high end apartments, condominiums, premium residential units, commercial and IT spaces, club houses to his credit. He has a passion for his work and goes overboard to set things right to lead the path to success.

He is an engineering graduate with 28+ years of experience in the Real Estate domain. He is well versed with the dynamic demographic parameters and trends in the Real Estate market.

Poornaprajna is proficient at analyzing market trends and an impressive communicator with interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills. He has trained and equipped several teams with selling skills and market information. He has been recognized for ability to translate project design features to marketing USPs. He has sold more than 5 million square feet of residential and commercial space and has also been awarded "The best sales person of the year".

  • Head of Land Acquisition and Liaison

Prior to joining Everyday Human Alliance, Yathisha was Head of Land Acquisition and Liaison at Westcourt real estate, a multinational real estate development company with offices in London, New York and India and Brigade group (public listed 5th largest real estate development company in India). He has over 29 years of experience and is well versed with local government laws and regulations and an expert in providing in inputs during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation, presentations for various NOCs and has excellent knowledge of various building norms, material specifications and market costing.

Yathisha has outstanding negotiation skills for negotiating land acquisition contracts. His expertise include investigating land details and due diligence to determine eligibility for land acquisition, feasibility analysis, obtaining land records pertaining to private land owners and mobilize them for land purchase negotiations, preparing the legal process of acquiring land by following applicable laws and rules and obtaining necessary clearances & permissions. He has so far acquired more than 400 acres of land within city limits for development.

Pranesh has over 40 years of experience in dealing with Real Estate related legal affairs. He has 20 years of experience as High Court CIVIL JUDGE (Senior Division) dealing with all types of litigation and property matters. As Senior Civil Judge he has tried more than 3000 Land Acquisition Cases referred Under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act and passed Awards. He is well acquainted with the procedure in acquisition of land under the Land Acquisition Act & Rules.

Post his tenure as Senior Civil Judge, Pranesh has worked with leading Real Estate & Construction Companies as Head of Legal Affairs for 16+ years. He is an expert in negotiating with land lords, verifying title documents, revenue documents, survey records, verifying acquisitions, zonal regulations, preparing agreements, sale deeds and also furnishing legal opinions. He has thorough knowledge of the land revenue and reforms act & rules and RERA.

Sanjay is a seasoned professional with almost 23 years of experience in investment banking and structured finance across ANZ Grindlays Bank, BNP Paribas, HDFC Bank, ABN AMRO and Standard Chartered. He was the Regional Head for East and then Southern India during his last stint in Banking Industry. He started in Real Estate industry with Jones Lange LaSalle, one of the largest International Property Consultants as a National Head for Business Development & Strategic Alliances.

Post his stint with the Jones Lange LaSalle, he moved to Tata Housing Development Company, one of India's leading Real Estate Developers and a subsidiary of TATA Sons. He later went to work with Brigade Group, 5th largest property developer in India and with Artha Property, a Times of India Group company, as Director for Sales, Marketing, CRM & Collections. His expertise include profit center management, business development, client servicing, people management and developing strategic plans for business growth.

Prabhakar has comprehensive experience in real estate project management from conception to completion including accountability for site acquisition zoning analysis and change, construction and financing to sales of properties. He has significant experience in economic development, expense control, financial and market analysis that ensures profitable and successful development efforts. Pradeep is co-founder of A.P Pradeep & Co and an Auditor and Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience and has worked with many leading Real Estate & Construction Companies as Senior Lead Auditor. He is well versed in all the aspects of the company law, legal and statutory compliances, liaising with various agencies in relation with legal and statutory requirements and all statutory and income tax filings.

In addition, he is very knowledgeable in laws relating to real estate contracts and competence in drafting of various types of agreements and deeds, drafting and verifying legal documents. Pradeep also acts as an In-House Counsel, studying and interpreting various laws, rules, regulations, contracts, providing effective and objective advice to the management for taking prudent organizational decisions. He has contributed effectively in restructuring of legal entities for strategic business decisions.
